"The size of the apartment was great. Many bathrooms, including 2 ensuite bedrooms, which made the morning routine much easier. The property is centrally located with great shops around. I'd highly recommend a visit to the delicatessen/fromagerie shop around the corner."

"The bedroom with bank beds had a cupboards which doors were broken and left loose. A bit dangerous, I'd think. There was a smell coming from the bathroom, which I think came from the canalisations/pipes, rather than the bathrooms themselves. I was very disappointed when I sent a text to the owner regarding a very important earring, not gold, but of great sentimental value, which dropped in the apartment floor., and never got an answer or even an acknowledgement. I sent a photo of the other earring, which I still have. I'd love an answer letting me know if the cleaner found it."

"The location is outstanding and the perfect location for a touristy visit to Carcassonne - baguettes on the doorstep and everywhere within a short walk. The Loft itself is really nicely done, lots of space, everything we needed and super comfy beds. We loved being able to open the windows and hear the unmistakable buzz of a French town. There is also a great view over the rooftops of Carcassonne and of the medieval city."

"The only thing that was a little off was a strange musty smell throughout the property- I don't know if it's a hangover from renovation days or maybe coming from another part of the building but it was unpleasant."
